The cornerstone of our DEIA program's administration and organization.
Establishing DEIA standards for all employees at all departmental levels and improving the use of data to identify development needs and predict future outcomes are among our key priorities for diversity.

Consists of topics relating to employment, wages and compensation, promotions, and retention. STS’s priorities include increased openness, equity in the workplace, and recruitment for diversity improvement - allowing for the development, upskilling, and retention of a diverse workforce.
